Privacy policy Facebook page

In order to communicate with Facebook users and to promote our services and/or products there, we maintain a Facebook page(s). The privacy policy below applies to these Facebook page(s). You can reach Facebook at the address Facebook Inc, 1601 S California Ave, Palo Alto, California 94304, USA.

When calling up a Facebook page, your personal data will also be processed outside the European Economic Area. This may make it more difficult to enforce user rights. Facebook has voluntarily submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield and has committed to safeguarding certain user rights: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Your data, which is collected when you call up a Facebook page, is generally used for advertising and market research purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) DS-GVO. In addition, we ourselves receive anonymized statistics about the usage behavior on the Facebook page. When such a Facebook page is called up, so-called user profiles are regularly created by Facebook, which are then used, among other things, for interest-based advertising. Facebook uses cookies to recognize users. These cookies are stored beyond the end of the usage process. It is also conceivable that user profiles are recorded and stored beyond several end devices used. This is particularly the case with logged-in Facebook members.

Further information on Facebook’s data processing as well as the options for an advertising objection (opt-out) can be found on the following pages:

Privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

Advertising objection: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads and http://www.youronlinechoices.com.

The processing of data on Facebook pages is also based on an agreement on joint processing of personal data between us and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum).

Information about us and our data protection officer, as well as your rights, can be found in our privacy policy above.

We recommend that you assert information requests and the assertion of user rights directly against Facebook, as only Facebook has access to the user data and can therefore take measures and provide information. Your right to contact us directly remains unaffected.
