Today we will go into more detail about the form sealing tapes and form sealing tools.
We manufacture form and contour welding tapes in all imaginable shapes. In material thicknesses of 0.05 – 0.50 mm and external dimensions of approx. 2000 x 2000 mm. Other dimensions on request. Welding of segments in case of oversize of the shaped welding strips depends on the alloy and material thickness. The materials used are Alloy 20 and low-expansion alloys such as Lowflex and Noflex. The manufacture of tool holders for the shape and contour welding strips are possible according to customer requirements.
